Change We Can Truly Believe In
Recent news has reported that President-Elect Barrack Obama is considering appointing Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State in his cabinent.

How ironic that Obama’s fiercest opponent in the primaries who was fighting for the highest office in the land is now being offered the highest office in the cabinet. This just shows the willingness of Obama to pick the best person for the job; regardless of history. Barrack and Hillary have had very tense relations but these are in the past. Barrack is ready to move towards a brighter future and if Hillary accepts the position then change has truly come to America. This is just the start, but if Obama can re-unite with Hillary Clinton then he can unite anybody. In my opinion, Hillary must accept. Her spot in senate looks less influential as senators such as Ted Kennedy and others will be taking the lead role in HealthCare. Without leading HealthCare, Hillary is basically useless and she will find herself as just another senator from New York. Yet, if she took the spot in Obama’s cabinet then she would be able to add very powerful executive experience into her resume for her future career. Plus, we all know she is one of the best candidates for the spot as she has vast amounts of international experience. Even Henry Kissinger has endorsed Hillary for Secretary of State. This rumor has been so hyped up that I don’t think she can turn it down at this point. Too many Hillary supporters are pushing her towards accepting that she will inevitably have to take the position. Now only if Bill Clinton can pass the vetting process.
